Camper packages include reupholstery of the driver’s seat, a single passenger seat or passenger bench, and your RIB bed. Existing seats and bed are required; these prices do not include a new seat or bed mechanism.

Starting prices cover the standard upholstery specification. Monaco foam, swivel bases, logos, heating and other upgrades are added to your quotation. Camper prices cover 112 / 120 / 130cm RIB beds; other widths are quoted separately.

Prices are for reupholstery of your existing seats and bed. All quoted prices include fitting at our Wellingborough workshop. Supplied and invoiced by Van Tek ID Ltd; no VAT is added.

All single-seat prices include armrest reupholstery. Other bed widths, specialist layouts, Alcantara and real leather are quoted separately. Compatibility is confirmed before ordering. Complete Signature Kombi kits are not yet available.

- Seat heating with dedicated side-mounted switch

Heating pads are fitted inside the seat, with a dedicated control switch installed in the seat’s plastic side trim. Vehicle wiring is quoted separately unless expressly included.
Accessory prices include fitting. Seat safes and lowered bases are also available by quotation. We’ll confirm compatibility and any required supporting parts before you order.
Optional heating: supply, wiring and warranty
Seat heating is £120 per seat, including pads installed inside the seat and a dedicated switch in the plastic side trim. Connection to the vehicle’s electrical system is a separate installation task unless expressly included in your quotation. We recommend professional installation. Where customers independently arrange wiring by another installer, our warranty excludes faults or damage caused by that installer’s wiring or installation. Cover for defects in products supplied by Vantek and our own workmanship remains applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

MATCH YOUR EXISTING SEATS
Sportline, front to rear.
These front seats are genuine Sportline seats. We matched the rear bed to them using our Signature series technique, bringing the camper interior together.
Your Sportline options
We can also replicate the front Sportline look using Signature series materials, at our usual Signature seat prices. A Monaco-shaped Sportline-style single seat is available with the additional £120 Monaco upgrade per seat.
We’ll agree the material, pattern and embroidery with you. Signature replicas are not genuine Volkswagen factory upholstery.
FROM YOUR IDEA TO FITTING DAY
A straightforward upgrade.

Tell us about your van
Send the model, year and photos of your current seats. Include the bed model and width if you want a matching rear.
- 02
Agree your finish
We confirm compatibility, your design, colours, extras, price and fitting arrangements. A 50% deposit books your order.
- 03
Drive in. Drive out.
Have your upholstery fitted in Wellingborough, with the balance payable on fitting day. Signature is around 3–4 weeks; Custom around 2 weeks from order to fitting.
Exchange seats and UK-wide delivery
Exchange seats are available, normally using pallet delivery. Delivery charges are confirmed before your order is processed.
- A £300 refundable exchange deposit is required.
- Your old seats must reach Vantek within 14 days of delivery of the replacement seats.
- Returned seats must be fully working. Worn or torn fabric is acceptable; foam must be suitable for reuse.
- We assess photographs and agree the seats’ condition before accepting the exchange.
- The deposit is refunded within 1–3 working days after receipt and inspection, provided the agreed condition requirements are met.
We’ll confirm the return arrangements and transport costs with your quotation before you book.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
Vantek provides a one-year warranty on upholstery materials and workmanship. Contact us if you have a problem so we can assess it and explain the next steps. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. The separate heating-wiring conditions above apply where relevant.
Can you work with other vans or motorhome interiors?
We offer upholstery for Transporter, Transit, Trafic and similar-size vans, with compatibility confirmed individually. Specialist layouts and other vehicles are quoted separately. Signature Kombi designs are in development; ask us about current availability.
